Do you honestly believe a peanut butter approach of grants will translate into long-term sustainable growth?

I believe that a small amount of money applied at the right point can impact individuals lives

At the margin, $50-$75 million creates jobs that otherwise wouldn’t exist 

In SV it’s just another funding round

I’m extremely skeptical this money will be well-allocated vs. political favors.

Difference between government and market-based here is VC allocating poorly goes out of biz vs. government does not. No feedback loop.
