Thank you for checking in 😁 It’s been great! I’ve been doing 3-5 sets a day, and increasing the number of reps per set as I get stronger. My goal is primarily to build the habit and get ramped up slowly so I don’t hurt myself (it’s hell getting old), but I’ve been sleeping better and feeling better even with just a minimal time commitment
