Thank you for checking in š Itās been great! Iāve been doing 3-5 sets a day, and increasing the number of reps per set as I get stronger. My goal is primarily to build the habit and get ramped up slowly so I donāt hurt myself (itās hell getting old), but Iāve been sleeping better and feeling better even with just a minimal time commitment
