I’m a bit confused about the funding request for FarCon.

I would love to support the conference, but it’s unclear how the money will be used. 

Is it for venue costs? Hackathon prizes? What is the bit about travel and childcare? 

I would suggest including more detail and reapplying.

farcon is rapidly evolving as we try to accommodate the 800+ applications we have received and curate an experience that will achieve the goal of convening, connecting, and celebrating the farcaster ecosystem. 

nearly impossible to nail down specifics rn and imo ineffective use of time when other prios at stake.

Would be great to have the details in the proposal text, but was shared in more depth on the town hall this week. ~20 minute mark

Agree. Would be better to segment costs, and potentially run two separate props.

I think they're saying they will help people get there thay don't have tickets with half and the other half for development like frames etc but unsure I could've read wrong
