I'm yes, but 5 ETH is high and approx 15% treasury. I'm here to support FC growth, but would like to do 3 winners at 1 ETH each. 

It's more of a fiscally responsible decision but also I think really 3 great efforts should be good enough to see an impact.

The beauty of retroactive funding is that we can compare submissions by relative impact, rather than needing to determine KPIs up front
