things i care abt: being able to walk (or public trans), nice cafes + restaurants, near the beach or some type of nature, more young ppl

factors that aren't important: nightlife, parking, noise, shopping, being near tourist attractions

lived on east coast whole life for context

Check out Playa Vista. Venice is also one of the few walkable neighborhoods in LA. Santa Monica if you prefer more structure.
