Kneesovertoesguy on IG. Also, read Healing Back Pain: The Mind-Body Connection by Dr. John Sarno. Applies to all kinds of pain, not just back. Arguably, the most valuable book I’ve read.

Recommend seeing a physical therapist for a proper assessment. In the interim, backwards walking on a treadmill or backwards sled walking can be helpful
