Interesting. Could allow people to connect their own client and open links in whichever they prefer- “open in discove” 

Build a platform so any developer can hook their linking into sharecaster, then users configure their default client.

I still think there’s a valuable place for sharecaster. Client agnostic linking is an unsolved problem right now

I’ll add support for warp cast links and think about how I could build it into a more compelling client 

For example could add dynamic OG content of the cast

Literally contemplated whether I should use Sharecaster yesterday, for sharing links inside my app...

I’ve been thinking of building a video/photo client. Think like a smash up of unsplash/glass/instagram/YouTube

What would you have done differently to create more user lock-in?

It appears that Farcaster light-clients are entering a zero-sum game, if it's so easy to switch between apps. It seems to be in a developers interest to make it hard to leave.
