In all seriousness, it's a bit hard if you squint, but still distinguishable between value-adding engagement and value-extracting engagement. The roughest thing I've seen with the new system is founder time being wasted by meaningless requests for clarification.

If a question is thoughtful and adds value to the conversation for either the OP or other participants, does it matter if it was incentivized financially or not? I lean towards "no", but my bar for adding value is pretty high. Even in this thread, a reply or like from you is worth something, but I could never move myself to engage simply for the financial incentive. I care about my time and life too much. But that's me.
