Can you open a mini-app (aka composer action) from a cast action? 

I know you could go from cast action -> frame -> mini app

but what about cast action -> mini app

In terms of possibility, 1,2,3 are all technically possible, but you would probably need permissionless mini apps for that(client opens any mini-app), they are all only client-level updates.

Any client besides WC can do everything of the above.

And for the 4'th point that, isn't actually technical, it's more of a preference, and it's hard to gauge if will only create positive effects or not.

It was asked many times before, this question started to appear even a month ago.

It would make sense with a permisionless mini app but right now only whitelisted mini apps can be opened. 

It is a client feature entirely though.
