Can you open a mini-app (aka composer action) from a cast action? 

I know you could go from cast action -> frame -> mini app

but what about cast action -> mini app

HoW about opening a mini app from a notification?

For example, showing a notification as a reminder to play a game, and when the user hits play, the mini app opens up.
