I like the idea of eight sleep and their design, but it seems insanely overpriced. $3k for a mattress cover? And you also have to pay a monthly subscription to use the app?

It’s expensive but when you break down the cost almost every night over a few years it’s worth it, especially for the improved quality of sleep and how important sleep is [have had one for the past 7 months]

Alright I just slept on mine for the first time last night. I was not very impressed and it gave me a sleep score of 100% when I absolutely did not sleep well (felt it and my whoop agreed). Going to give it a couple weeks optimistically though...

I like my BedJet, but their design for everything is a bit rough https://bedjet.com

Had one die at exactly the 1 year mark because of biofilm growth in the pipes, but the support is great, replaced the entire unit, and that’s what you’re paying for. Not sure what the lifetime replacement cap will be, but hopefully they’re getting more reliable. I liked the prior “cover grid” design better.
