Increasingly, I don’t think web3 is the next iteration of the web that will replace web2, but rather a fork that will run in parallel. Not a strong opinion yet but something I can’t shake. Also not sure how I feel about it if true. Thoughts?

It’s not so much about the tech itself but the behaviour of the users. Self-custody, filtering and curating your feed etc. are not something that come naturally to most of the web2 crowd. Convenience vs. beneficial (as always).
