I've noticed a bug in the tip allowances code that's causing historical data to swing wildly. I'll fix it later today after the Consensus panel. Thanks for your patience—I'm doing my best to resolve this ASAP.

There also seems to be an issue with the degen.tips allowance API!

yep! this happened to me too....i got a -1001 error

API functions do not work properly. 
However, some people seem to be able to get it to work....

It would be great if you could investigate again.
