Vast majority of said paid accounts should not be accounted for in DAU, as they do not represent unique users of the protocol

They exist merely to astroturf support for $degen, seeking to make the community appear larger than reality reflects

I don't understand why WC and other clients aren't collaborating to put an end to this. The only reason I can think of is that it artificially inflates the DAU metric. It seems like the focus has shifted from achieving quality growth to prioritizing growth at any cost.

Bots are the easy part.. cyborg accounts and sockpuppets/personas are more tricky!

Unfortunately our centralized leader-in-chief, @dwr.eth, prefers deflection 🙃🙃
