Update on Hubs: 

- Messages are still delayed
- Root cause seems to be a large number of new hubs 
- We have some fixes that should make this better by EoD

I ran a hub for all of 2 days and don't remember any kind of signing requested of me... do hubs even have an identity tied to some kind of proof of ownership?
