If the bot keep answering and it have attached SCV into it the problem still exists. Either @openrank @airstack totally null it or you create another account or another way of validate the tips?

Another thought (sorry if already addressed):

Maybe just have the bot accumulate valid tips and give a summary acknowledgement (of valid tips) right before tip reset?

My concern is that multiple small, valid tips could still farm your replies.
