HELP! Tips please ASAP!

I need an operation soon and have a 7mth old baby who feeds throughout the night so both her and I get very broken sleep!

Hoping to start helping her sleep in a crib independently this weekend to prepare as I’ll need proper rest to recover post-op.

We started with the crib just on the side of the bed, so she kept hearing our noises through the night. Anyway each child is different from any other, so I'll just wish you good luck!

Great advice thanks Rani - I used a pump for the first time yesterday so just need to sort a storage system in freezer 🙏

I just tried a pump for the first time and can see this working, thank you!

We found that using a pump helped to have milk on hand to bottle feed our little one right before bed time. We would feed her more then, and once she was well topped up she generally slept well through most nights.

I had never heard of the Ferber method before today, definitely seems to have worked well with lots of families. I’ll look into it more today! Thank you Jake

Multiple friends and we have all done the ferber method. First few nights were rough for the parents and the kids but it worked well!
