did u work out today??? todays gym menu was 👇🏾 - treadmill warm up - roll and mobility - single leg leg press 3x10 - quarter squats fast and explosive 3x5 - box jumps ( double & single leg)

It is recommended to do explosive exercises first… have you tried?

hey! I find that doing heavy lifts before jumping can cause a short term improvement on performance ( post activation potentiation) i normally do box jumps as a warm up but i wanted to go high today 🙌🏾

Yes it make sense… if I want to take advantage of the post activation potentiation I use to do in case one single heavy set If I do a normal strength work than the effect is reduced because of the tiredness.
