Anyone have any recommendations for a structured dev course that’ll take me from basic HTML/CSS/JS knowledge to be able to build products on a whim?

Ideally sets me up with a foundation that I can apply to any language, framework, etc.

I'd suggest Max Schwarzmüller or Jonas Schmedtmann's Udemy courses, for a good basis on JavaScript. Those will give you also conditions to think like a programmer in any language thereafter.
