oh i wouldn't recommend adding the full amount tx manually. the dao only has ~280 eth in the treasury (liquid), and the ask is ~360 eth. the prop would fail to execute, even if passed.

yeah someone needs to unstake steth, which is a ~2 week process alternatively re-try the tokenbuyer v2 prop (723) this is why we figured its better to turn this off and let proposers build a debt to the dao which can later be settled -- not great, but the lesser evil

yeah, in this case, you could request USDC transfers directly from the treasury. for example, one of your prop's transactions could be converted to the tx in the screenshot. DM if you need help setting it up!
