how do you use ephemeral media (e.g. IG stories / Snapchat)? How dependent is your usage on the social graph you’ve curated in those products?

I think I go to Instagram more for stories than I do for posts now (just because they are more frequent updates).

I depend on snap mainly for maintaining close connections and don't use it for new connections.

Funny enough, I post more stories on snap than on Instagram.

However, I do tend to think of my Instagram profile as a photography showcase, so I only post stories that I think are higher "quality". Not that anything I post is of any high quality.

Do you post stories too or mostly consumption?
