To be clear, the current reward mechanism to villages would remain and this would be a small addition/change. 👇

My doubt is: Doesn't a neighbourhood change a lot in a week?

here is the quick version:

every week is a new battle between villages in a neighborhood.
they compete to see who gets the most vilagers that week.
winner gets a boost in score for the following week.
.25% of the current rewards would go to neighborhood winners.
