I wonder if AI enabled storytelling will make things shift to be more like epic poems with many authors and constantly evolving rather than monolithic -structures like the novel

Think that’s already happening and seen stats about increases in submissions to publishers agents etc

I do wonder when we'll see our first AI assisted novelist, where the user provides the guard rails for the structure, much of the writing, but then serves as editor and organizer for what the AI helps to write.
