I keep a "mule bowl" in my kitchen for fruit, grain, and veggies scraps. We "compost" each morning and evening. I make extra pancakes just for them, and they are partial to leftover spaghetti noodles and watermelon rinds.

I just googled this because I had no idea what it meant - very cool! There are a lot of tech folks who've relocated to the Eastern Sierra from the cities, when you can work from anywhere why not have have an office with a view? There are lot of sprinter vans with starlink in the valley.
