Looks so good. This is one of my favorite snacks (black pepper addict), but never made it myself. Any brand you'd recommend for the chickpea flour, or doesn't matter?

I use bobs red mill chickpea flour once, cerreto brand once, and another time from Sadaf. All work similar for me.
