I just can't hit zone 2. I'm a HM training program. Ran 7km today, easy run at 5.30/km as prescribed. Very little effort. I would have expected a different breakdown. Don't want to obsess over hitting zone 2, but either A) my Garmin is not accurate, B) my baseline BPM is significantly higher and should keep an eye out

Your max HR setting in the app is probably too low given how much time you’re spending at 150-167.

Yes, I'm thinking somewhere along those lines too. If my Max HR is 171 and spending that much time at 150-167, it makes little sense that my Zone 2 baseline is right. Thanks!
