The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. Why: Beauty lies in the journey, not the destination, teaching us about the importance of pursuing our dreams by listening to our hearts and learning to read the signs along life's path. Crypto and Web3 are about the same for me. It's test of our faith. Dream big, follow the route.

I need to defend this book haha. It’s such a good (and short) execution of art. It’s dripping with emotion and is a bit of a brain bender

Tuesdays with Morrie. It’s a memoir written by Mitch Albom and about his relationship with his favourite professor and the life lessons he imparts. His professor has ALS and this book explores the emotions about life, death and everything in between. Really touched me and I can’t recommend it enough!

One that I might not recommend, but had a big impact on me was reading The Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan as a teenager. Sparked my love of fantasy. For a deeper book, I can't go past Man's Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl. A Holocaust survivor talking about what makes life meaningful.

Is it supposed to be only non-fiction? Well for me it was 'Four Winds' by Kristin Hannah, it's focused on Elsa, who survived a set of non loving family, her husband leaving her and then her doing all the jobs to fulfill family's needs during the great depression. This gave me a push to keep looking at light throughout.

The Art of Chi-Kung by Grandmaster Wong Kiew Kit. Beautifully explains this ancient practise and details the benefits along with simple exercises for the beginner. This book provided the starting point on my Chi-Kung journey, though I am still in the early stages. Highly recommend for anyone who is interested.

Kazuo Ishiguro’s The Buried Giant (2015). In Ishiguro’s signature elliptic style, the novel, which follows the main characters’ quest to kill a dragon, is about recapturing lost memories, even if those memories pose a greater problem than the dragon itself. Thanks hosting this.

Exponential Organizations. With this book I learned the importance of building a business model that is truly exponential. The importance of a platform in a world of continuous change. VUCA lover :)

The Three Body Problem trilogy by Liu Cixin is thought provoking, insightful and changed the way I see the universe in some ways. There are some unique concepts in it but the story is also very much about human being, history, science and philosophy. A bit hard to get into at start but once you're in it you are good.
