The Art of Chi-Kung by Grandmaster Wong Kiew Kit. Beautifully explains this ancient practise and details the benefits along with simple exercises for the beginner. This book provided the starting point on my Chi-Kung journey, though I am still in the early stages. Highly recommend for anyone who is interested.
