Also we are using /witness to make these attestations verifiable on all the chains So… One tap in a /farcaster frame gets you: - one /base onchain /eas attestation for something that’s truly useful (broadcasting who you’ve previously worked with so they can find and be found by other great people) - two pointers to the attestation on both /colinks-and-co and /icebreaker - 12+ onchain /witness posts of the attestation How’s that for composability?

So you’re best off trying to protect from this sort of attack as soon as possible in any case.

This scenario would never happen as who ever cracks encryption would likely behave intelligently to avoid being detected for as long as possible. The attacker has an incentive to not send everything to zero. Kind of like the movie enigma

Look again: the cast is now diamonds. The first Cast has been /witnessed in its raw form to serve as an onchain verifiable attestation. No data transformation required. In addition to being more efficient architecturally, this opens up the ability for anyone to retroactively make any cast - past or future - function as an onchain verifiable attestation. This model extends to making any cryptographically verifiable data (whether web2 or web3) retroactively verifiable onchain under any schema. https://easscan.org/offchain/attestation/view/0x640feccf1388c125f3025c7e1c7e7cd39c6497936579f7ba4d6096d4f7fb5f58 https://paragraph.xyz/@icebreakerlabs/casts-vs-attestations-which-is-better

The @icebreaker team is building a decentralized professional network, where users own their professional identity. To achieve this they combine /eas attestations & /witness timestamps, making credentials trustless, verifiable & gasless! An idea I can’t get out of my head. WikiLeaks but for whistle blowers who love the US. - Create channels for gov orgs like FAA, NASA, and NYCPS. - Anyone can privately and securely authenticate that they work at the org. (newly possible because of zkTLS) - Those authenticated can post anon. - Mods keep the channel on topic and focused on bringing transparency to orgs that are struggling to deliver on their mission. Is this nuts? Worth attempting? What’s a good name for it? A mockup and more context below.

Looking through our old notes from April '23... Verifiable credentials, onchain witnessing, stealth addressing, and the ability to issue them via what is now zkTLS seemed like they'd become cheap and widespread We asked ourselves: what could we build if we assume these primitives will exist? Fundamentally, data that previously has been closed becomes open. Enabling new applications that no longer have to worry about the data bootstrapping problem Thanks to @witness /opacity /eas /fluidkey /privy and others, these primitives are here, and the builders who have been patiently awaiting crypto's fabled non-speculative applications are taking notice

Why attest on only one chain when you can attest on all the chains? New /witness x /eas integration is live. All attestations made with Icebreaker are now onchain verifiable on 9 EVM chains Built in temporal generalization and private data support. https://easscan.org/offchain/attestation/view/0x90bdea88ff136e491a088c1872e42ff00f62833b601b56182395bfea43a3ddab
