EIP-7503 would be one of the most bullish things to ever happen for Ethereum if it was implemented.

Private ETH transfers on mainnet that can then be replicated on EVM layer 2's.

The holy grail.

This is beautiful! Simple and powerful. 

However @sassal.eth in order to mint the burned ETH in other L2s, there must be a Nullifier mechanisms among chains, which does not seem easy to implement (since it must be atomic somehow). 

But for anonymizing ETH within the same chain, its just great.
