So the L3 can become the backend for any Frame. This is requirement for the new onchain voting features we want to add at @vocdoni

We have written a lot of Go code to interact with Frames and Farcaster https://github.com/vocdoni/vote-frame IMHO it is healthy for an open spec to have more than 1 basecode library (right now only framejs). So I wonder if there might be funding somewhere to put all of this into a generic, well-documented Go library.

What could be next on farcaster.vote ? Once a poll for a community finalizes, the results are automatically settled on DegenChain, it includes the participant list (FIDs). Now we can implement a second smart contract, where anyone can send $DEGEN to automatically tip participants once finalized.
