We've had 2 summers this year, now time for 4 rains, then 3rd summer

I smiled when I read this! I have been grumbling about the rain in the UK but really I do love the rain and the sun! Yin & Yan however I find my body system doesn't know if its coming or going... hot to cold.... energy up energy down .....
