new location same burn!!! today’s warpcast workout is a 💥 lower body circuit💥 exercises: 1. jumping jacks - 20 reps 2. single leg RDL - 5 each side 3. goblet squat - 10 reps 4. calf raises - 10 reps 5. lunge jumps - 5 each side repeat twice with a few mins rest in between! intensity medium/high as always let me know how you find it and if you have any questions ↑ 🎵 Roberto Surace - Joys also how cool is it that i was able to use my moxie everyday rewards + top caster rewards to book this studio! thanks to you all for engaging with my workouts it means alot! ☺️

how often do you train by yourself and for how long?

i only do gym by myself, i normally spend about 2 hours when i have a double session which is jump/speed training + gym it takes about 4.5 hours for the full session inc warmup cool down! and i train 5 times a week with thurs and sunday as active rest
