got a garmin to try and after 2-weeks can confirm: 1. nothing beats apple watch when it comes to accuracy across hr and sleep (while compared to medical grade devices). 2. garmin better at gps and battery. 3. for weightlifting, just use a chest strap eg polar h10.

oura3 is the best for sleep afaik. but doesn't work for me b/c can't do rings at the gym. also i had two other problems with oura: 1. lost the ring easily 2. battery dies to 0% after 1-1.5years

also blood in extremities like fingers not the best place to measure hr during a workout :)
