Why is nutrition information always so hard to discern? Are seed oils bad? Should you do IF? Which meal is the most important? Not that these questions are where I’m confused, just it’s so hard to tell what’s worth following and what’s not.

I take the most basic approach. Exercise (cardio + weights + mobility) 5x a week, and mostly unprocessed foods with the occasional exceptions. But I feel like I’m flooded with so much information that I feel like I’m not doing enough.
