As an advocate of Decentralized Identity and Verifiable Credentials (W3C) I’m often asked what can NFTs do that Verifiable Credentials can’t. Still haven’t heard a compelling answer.

don't get me wrong. coming from privacy world I am a DID/VC maxi, but I don't see it getting adoption as long as it stays an inside game w/ ~50peeps playing musical chairs and writing JSON schema data models (aka spec). simpler things like NFT/NTT will keep winning, sadly 🤦🏻‍♂️
