makes sense, same as collagen. i guess like other supplements, some probability that creatine industrial complex is pushing the research for people to drink 2 extra scoops a day. maybe?

Maybe what you are seeing is a reaction to ppl threatening restrictions? And wild supp culture generally? i'm now just generally skeptical and keep questioning whenever i see something being pushed hard by influencer economy. thanks for link! seems ok in this case for now

Creatine they say is maybe the only supp with good evidence behind it—I’ve heard it recommended constantly in my decade+ of weightlifting. I think the influencers just ruin everything. The press got hard when the gummies came on the scene
