In my entire personal network, I think I know only 1 person who actually lifts weights. Why is this? I wonder (1) what percentage of my friends regularly work out and don't talk about it and (2) what percentage of these people lift weights versus doing other stuff. I imagine it's (1) 50% and (2) 5-10%.

it's sad because barbell strength training is the single most effective thing most people can do to improve their health that and cutting sugar

sauces, snacks, fruits, most drinks, mass market “healthy snacks” with 0 calorie, funny enough some protein powders have sugar. protein doesn’t need more than 2 ingredients like Klean proves
