For the average person working in tech, what's their most valuable credential?

I suspect for most it's the most "impressive job they've had, with a decay function for how long ago that was".

products they helped ship/sell.
cherry on top: the products become huge.

I wonder if “impressive job” is just noise. imo if you’re in tech your core skills need to be building/selling given basic skills in people management. recent bill run has created too many VP’s who cannot build/sell but v good at politics
