- Exercise for at least 30 min a day
- Alcohol is bad, even a single sip
- Eat healthy, no preservatives, and nutrition is balanced with a higher protein concentration
- Do not eat 3 hours before you sleep
- Avoid blue light as much as you can

Perfectly wrong advice from Attia/Huberman etc.
DATA shows:

1) Episodic sleep deprivation helps, conditional on sufficient sleep.

2) Protein must come in lumps, deprivation is NEEDED (autophagy)

3) Alcohol has TINY effect in small quantities.
