Biggest conversion point I’ve found that works with helping tradfi come on chain:

Explaining the difference in return between a typical tradfi >5% APY savings account vs the 15+% APY for staking/LPing crypto.

Showing them that they can earn literally a passive income thats minimum 10x more than in tradfi by just staking their crypto or providing to liquidity vaults blows their mind.

I think not enough work is going into crypto education at this time. people are only scratching the surface and this poses a lot a barrier for new people to be fully invested.
