Biggest conversion point I’ve found that works with helping tradfi come on chain:

Explaining the difference in return between a typical tradfi >5% APY savings account vs the 15+% APY for staking/LPing crypto.

Showing them that they can earn literally a passive income thats minimum 10x more than in tradfi by just staking their crypto or providing to liquidity vaults blows their mind.

Are they understanding the risks associated with these higher APYs?

When you say tradfi are you talking individuals or institutions? I agree the yields are compelling, but rarely do they understand how to manage smart contract, bridging, and other risks. Nor do they understand chasing/yield farming.

Do they understand the higher risk associated with it due to the volatility of the underlying assets?

do you remember the time when gov bills and t bonds have 5% return while usdc usdt apys were around 2% because I remember
