What are the reasons people prefer building on Base despite Blast having those native yield and CSR stuff?

Why I might prefer Base over Blast

- The early apps on Blast have too much gold. Newcomers feel disadvantaged.
- Blast leans more towards degen-focused apps.
- Base is part of the superchain.
- Pacman didn’t fund Solady. Nor other public goods / hyperstructures that are not user-facing apps.
- Coinbase smart wallet.

Would love to see these points get address in your RIP for CSR. I think a sustainable scheme between "apps" and underlying protocols/chains is important for ppl building more apps than "infra"
