in the announcement post for this year's funding rounds, it said that every farcaster project is eligible. curious why that changed? a lot of fc projects (@event included) have been working to push the ecosystem forward even if they haven't deployed their own contracts

On ze way! 🔴✨ Retroactive rewards is how we were made. Seeing the smart contract Txs Onchain bring a little tear to my eyes 👀 every time we look at ETHERSCAN. What our team built is beautiful 😻 it’s tough not to leak too many deets but you can always see what’s cooking 🥘 on @backdrop v4 for our devs.

If user owned smart wallets are based on safe wallet provider contracts, does that still makes my project eligible? Also, still confusing about farcaster eligibility, would be nice if it could be clarified as a separate note!
