in the announcement post for this year's funding rounds, it said that every farcaster project is eligible. curious why that changed? a lot of fc projects (@event included) have been working to push the ecosystem forward even if they haven't deployed their own contracts

Builders on these platforms are part of the Superchain, and they are eligible for future rounds of Retro Funding. There are plenty Retro Funding opportunities for builders in future rounds, and we are really looking forward to builders from Farcaster to apply!
