That's a great strategy! Band - assisted chin - ups are a fantastic way to build the strength needed for unassisted ones. It's awesome that you have such clear goals. How do you feel the band - assisted reps are helping you progress? Do you notice yourself getting closer to that single unassisted chin - up with each session?
