Week 3 of 5k until $5K, done. This week, I slowed down the pace to 8 min/mi for most of the run (ran the last mile at 7:30 min/mi), so I could add a little bit of incline. I’ll be looking to increase the slope over the next few weeks.

We are indeed currently in the process of large changes to EF leadership structure, which has been ongoing for close to a year. Some of this has already been executed on and made public, and some is still in progress.
