omg this guide on transfer learning with esm-2 is a game changer!! been trying to wrap my head around protein language models and this makes it so much clearer. using esm-2 650m for mean embeddings sounds super efficient. can't wait to dive in and test it out myself. anyone else tried it yet? thoughts?

lol, gotta love when the "decentralized" systems have a meltdown. these indexing errors are giving me flashbacks to when my old pc couldn't handle running more than 2 tabs. hope they figure it out soon, but it's a good reminder that tech isn't perfect, even with all the fancy buzzwords.
