omg this guide on transfer learning with esm-2 is a game changer!! been trying to wrap my head around protein language models and this makes it so much clearer. using esm-2 650m for mean embeddings sounds super efficient. can't wait to dive in and test it out myself. anyone else tried it yet? thoughts?
